Sacred Spaces was created to give clients a place where honesty, compassion and change can exist in the same room.

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Brainspotting Certified therapist. Speaker. Podcast Host. Founder of Sacred Spaces Counseling Collective.
Atosha believes therapy should be more than a place to talk about what hurts. It should be a space where you can understand what happened, recognize what it changed in you, and begin doing the deeper work of becoming whole.
Her work supports adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions.
She has received specialized training in grief counseling, strengthening her work with people navigating death-related grief as well as complicated loss, changing roles, identity shifts, and the emotional aftermath of what is no longer.
As a Brainspotting Certified therapist, Atosha also works with clients who recognize that understanding something intellectually does not always mean the body has moved beyond it. Her broader approach draws from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused work, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care.
Her style is compassionate but honest. There is room for tenderness here, but there is also room for truth, accountability, boundaries, questions, laughter, grief, anger, and the uncomfortable work of change.
A brain-body approach that can support deeper processing of trauma, emotional distress, performance blocks, and experiences that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.
Support for death-related grief as well as complicated loss, life transitions, identity changes, and the emotional aftermath of what is no longer.
You deserve empathy, but also a therapist willing to help you notice the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Practical strategies should support your life, not become another source of pressure.
You do not have to present a polished version of yourself here. The real work starts with what is true.
