    Life is filled with countless opportunities to grow. As your mental health counselor, I will guide you on how to recognize, seize, and leverage those opportunities and moments, to cultivate a lifestyle of healing. 

    I am Atosha McLean, and my therapeutic approach is to first establish an authentic and judgement-free rapport with my clients. They often find it easy to open up and tell their truth!  I will provide  innovative tools/strategies such as self-care, self-reflection, and trauma informed strategies that you can implement to curate your own wellness ecosystem.

    I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am experienced in Solution Focused, Person – Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I am currently becoming certified in Brainspotting and Trauma Informed techniques. 

    As woman with many roles and experiences in life, I understand first-hand the effects that trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health illnesses can have on a client’s outlook, self-worth, and daily functionality. I am passionate about providing excellent mental health treatment and advocating for mental health  accessibility for all. 

    Whether I am working in an outpatient, inpatient, home and/or community-based treatment setting, I am committed to constructing a sacred safe space where you will be empowered to journey through your emotional difficulties and mental health needs.

    In my free time, I enjoy listening to Prince, traveling and making memories with my family.
